I'll be running roughly 200 miles non-stop, from Houston to Austin, unsupported. Upon arrival, I will then attempt to beat the record of 7 Don Juan breakfast tacos at Juan in a Million, set by yours truly 5 years ago, by eating 8 of them! Come for the landing party at the finish line of a 200-mile journey, witness the consumption of over 10 pounds of food, and find out what you can do to help Space12 reach out to their community!
